Psychotherapy
David provides individual, family, and couples therapy. Please see the therapy page for more information.
Fees
$120 for 50 - 60 minute session. Checks, cash and credit cards taken at time of appointment, or you can pay in advance using the payments page.
Insurance
David is on the provider panels of most predominate health insurance companies in the Rochester area. You are encouraged to call your insurance provider, using the subscriber services phone number on your insurance card, and find out if you are covered to see David, find out if you need a referral by your primary care physician, and confirm what your co-pay amount is, which is due at the time of service. Your health insurance company will need David’s name and discipline. David is a clinical social worker.
Hours
Day and evening hours are available by appointment. Currently evening appointments are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. No weekend hours except by special arrangement.
Emergency / On-call Availability
David provides 24-hour emergency coverage to everyone he sees for treatment services. Emergencies are related to health and safety situations. Non-emergency coaching calls are also available if needed. Requests for these coaching calls are usually related to support needed for targeted change behaviors. The requests are left on voice mail, which is monitored regularly throughout the day.
Training or Consultation for Groups and Organizations
Training and consultation can be arranged at your location. One hour sessions to day-long events are available. Fees for these services are based on the requested service and duration, and travel expenses are included.
